Scheduling a Dentist Visit for Your Child
Office Hours
We are always excited to meet NEW PATIENTS and ask that you call our office directly to schedule an appointment. This is so that we can provide you with answers to any questions and collect important information.
We prefer to treat preschool and primary grade children in the morning when they are more attentive and tolerant. Late afternoon appointments are reserved for secondary school children and as a convenience for working parents. Official school absence forms will be provided if needed. We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day. We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your waiting. Due to the fact Dr. Egger, Dr. Gilbert, Dr. Silver or Dr. Pappas provide many types of dental services, various circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure. Emergency cases can also arise and cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience. If you must miss an appointment for any reason, please call us at least 48 hours in advance so other patients can have the opportunity for that appointment. A fee for lost time will be applied for appointments broken without enough notice.
