Your First Visit to the Dentist

If you’ve already scheduled an appointment, we want to welcome you into our dental family.  To make sure your first visit goes smoothly, please take a moment to look over the New Patient forms. We’d like you to fill out and bring these with you to the appointment. It’s no big deal if you don’t, but this could save you some time and hassle when you arrive.

What will it be like to visit the dentist?
